The ingredients required in this recipe are:

For the Stir-Fry:

300 – 400 grams sliced chicken breast/ thigh (Cut the chicken into uniform pieces so they cook evenly)

1/4 cup unsalted fried cashew nuts

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced

3 – 4 dried chillies, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh red chilli, chopped

2 onion, sliced

½ tomato, sliced

2 spring onions, sliced

For the Sauce:

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

¼ cup water

Salt as per taste


  1. Prepare sauce by mixing together the purpose ingredients.
  2. Put the cooking oil in a wok. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat and wait for the oil to get hot. Then Stir-fry the chicken until it gets light golden-brown. Put it on the platter.
  3. Add oil and fry the cashew nuts until they turn light brown. Put it on the platter.
  4. Now fry onion, tomato, garlic and chilles medium heat in the wok until fragrant.
  5. Now put the fried chicken and cashew nuts in it and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Finally, pour the prepared sauce in the wok and mix all together nicely.
  7. Turn off heat and let the wok cool for a moment.
  8. Now the dish is ready to serve it within a plate, garnish it with spring onion.
