Now start sautéing it with minced garlic. Put the eggplants into a hot skillet as soon as the meat is added and cook them until the eggplants turn tender. Add basil leaves and salt or fish sauce after a few minutes. Toss them hard so that the dish will be ready in 20 minutes.
